Looking forward to the race. Weather has been awful here in NE Ohio.  I have had a few days to get outside to spin and grid; climbs some hills. Check back is a couple of weeks as I’m sure I will have lots to write about after my Hastings, Michigan adventure.  62 miles!

Minor set back a couple of weeks ago with a low back injury. Literally could not sit anywhere for about a week. Flat on my back, standing or high kneel at times.
